Debbie Hutchings is the Social Media Lead for BMC Software, a Fortune 500 company and the recognized leader in business service management. Hutching’s is responsible for developing and implementing strategy, governance, training and metrics for a global social media initiative that supports BMC’s business objectives. As an early adopter of social innovation for business, Hutchings is uniquely positioned to successfully build and manage the social framework and its operational model across all of BMC’s business units, regions and functions. Previously, Hutchings served as Senior Account Director at Razorfish in Seattle, Washington, and was responsible for the execution of brand, online acquisition, creative, social, analytics, and emerging media activities for global brand clients such as Starwood Hotels, Hawaiian Airlines, Holland America Line, Weight Watchers and Microsoft. Under her leadership, Razorfish acquired its first international office in London, building out the digital media department and developing new business in Europe. Hutchings holds an MBA from DePaul University, Chicago and a B.S. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University.
